With a focused long-term vision of creating a dynamic and colorful shopping district in Southern California, Ukropina Sabaugh supported Burnham Ward Properties to cultivate an electric line-up of artisan food vendors and pop-up retail inside The Hangar’s nearly 17,000 square foot aviation hangar. Work included defining the merchandising strategy all the way though execution to 100% lease-up before grand opening.
